Stainless steel exhaust flexible pipes is a part of the engine
exhaust system of the car. They're constructed with 1 or 2-ply
bellows and together with a seamless, convoluted inner
core—increasing flexibility in order to reduce vibrations and
prevent exhaust leaks that allows your car to be more comfortable
and enjoyable in use. Such flex pipes are provided in a variety of
lengths, diameters, and many styles.
This one is welding tube, customer no need to weld them again after
purchase.
Type : Braided Flexible pipe with welded nipples
Other types are like :
1. Exhaust Flexible Pipe I
Structure: consisted of an outer braid and an inner bellow , this
is the simplest one, for light use.
2. Exhaust Flexible Pipe II
Structure: consisted of an outer braid, bellows in the middle and
an inner braid, provide better flexibility and longer life
3. Exhaust Flexible Pipe III
Structure: consisted of an outer braid, and a interlock tube with
bellows in the middle, the key is the interlock pipe, reduce
vibration and noise and lasts the longest. There is an interlocked
pipe visible when you look through the middle. This is the heavy
duty one.
